unclear tag requirements

While creating an example of a bad sound description for screenshots, I got this message

You should add at least 3 different tags. Tags must be separated by spaces.

Apparently tags must be at least 2 chars wide. Could update to:

You should add at least 3 different tags of at least 2 characters length. Tags must be separated by spaces.

Hi! I was testing this and actually what happens is that there are some common words which are removed from the list of allowed tags ("the of to and an in is it you that he was for on are with as i his they be at"). This must come form code of the very early days. So if a tag corresponds to one of these words, then it will be removed and not counted. I agree the message is confusing. I'm not sure how to make it better without making the text unnecessarily long. In any case, this does not seem to have caused many problems (?). Do you have a suggestion? Thanks @qubodup !
