Merge our artist info into musicbrainz

We have manually tagged birth date and place for a number of artists. We should add this to musicbrainz.
Also, for artists who we add a link to wikipedia (#150) and have birth info there, we should merge back to musibrainz.

I couldn't find the following Artists on dunya database:

Kumbakonam Rajamanikkam Pillai
R K Venkatarama Shastri
R K Venkatrama Shastry
Rukmini Ramani
Savithri Sathyamurthy
T M Thyagarajan 
Thiruvarur Bhaktavatsalam

These are artists that are in the spreadsheet that Vignesh created of gurus, but are not in any of the data that exists in Dunya.
Can someone - @vigneshishwar89? - find if these artists are in Musicbrainz. If not, they need to be created.
Remember that if you create an artist, and it is not related to anything, it will be automatically deleted. You must create a relationship to the artist so that it is not deleted.

Musicbrainz now has a relationship "is teacher of", between two artists. Perhaps after creating these artists you could make the relationship too.

I created a spreadsheet with all the artist that we don't have the musicbrainz id from the gurus spreadsheet. We should complete this as well in order to update the data at MB.

@vigneshishwar Are you interested in continuing on this, getting additional artists into musicbrainz and adding the guru/teacher relationship?
