Describe the bug (required)

When I use the function available_outcomes() to get some GWAS data, it doesn't work immediately.

Describe the current behaviour you observe (required)

It can't connect to the server and it gives an error:

ao = available_outcomes()
API: public: http://gwas-api.mrcieu.ac.uk/
OpenGWAS updates:
Date: 2024-03-07
[>] There is exceptional load on the OpenGWAS servers.
[>] Urgent infrastructure development being performed.
[>] The servers will be unavailable for approximately 48 hrs.
[>] See other options for analysis: https://mrcieu.github.io/gwasvcf/.
Error in api_query("gwasinfo", access_token = access_token) :
The query to MR-Base exceeded 300 seconds and timed out. Please simplify the query

How can I solve this bug? Just wait for approximately 48 hrs? If anyone had met the situation please reply to me. Thanks a lot~
