Despite having java=11.0.1 installed via mamba, which should be compatible with nextflow, I had problems with "java capsule exception: unable to pass version line"

Similar to
nextflow-io/nextflow#1716

Solved by (having right java installed 11.0.1 in conda env

AND in start_nf.sh bash script

unset JAVA_HOME

as another JAVA_HOME had been set up in my globalenv file.
