Remove batched approach to Thumbnail list #11

Thumbnail menu loads in batches of 5 images.
We can consider loading an image into the thumbnail menu as soon as an event is available.
The Thumbnail menu can keep adding them to the end of the list
The next and previous arrows in the thumbnail menu would not need to load images.
