could not triangle bounds smooth molecule?

When I executed the command python auto.py Protac_params_auto.txt, I didn't receive any results in the Patchdock_Results directory.
Additionally, the terminal displayed the message "Could not triangle bounds smooth molecule."
Could you help me identify the problem?
For reference, I'm using the example file from the BCLxl-BCL2 repository on GitHub.
