Currently only bilingual in en and mi. Allow setting any first language and any optional subsequent translation languages.

This would make calibr a whole lot more useful.

This is implemented and tested for 1 to 3 languages in branch issue4-languageflexibility. Going to indulge in some scope creep to do something with user agent language preferences before merging.

Will leave the scope creep until I've thought through the logic, so issue #8 is created.
