Add an option to load RDF from file or URL into memory and query with SPARQL. Depending on the size of RDF graphs this option can be slow but more convenient than postprocessing aREF.

Question: What option to enable SPARQL against graph fetched from URL? The combination --url and --sparql is already taken.
