Create a tool to assist in generating PAR files and scripts for creating an animation

GUI tool
provide an animation timeline
Tracks for individual command-line parameters
Tracks for portions of multi-valued command-line parameters (e.g. center-mag)
Low resolution preview images at key frames for pre-visualization of animation
Steal animation ideas from ManPWin
Go beyond "zoom animations"
