Feedback collection after the transfer

To encourage Users to providing feedback (which we don't get) and to find out how the transfers are successful or not, we could ask to rate after each transfer completion or failure.

If rating is lower then 5 stars, we could provide small comment form to fill.

On failure case, we could ask User to submit certain logs, for example from console.log (probably separate issue to discuss such functionality).

All information, could be sent via Feedback API without any PII information collection.
