We need to update this https://hub.docker.com/r/artempikulin/testblockchain/tags to the latest komodo release so we can use the same zcash params across all CI scripts. Related: #2217 (comment)

Thanks for the suggestion @gcharang , I think it can work using testblockchain. Will give it a try.
