Issue opening Quicken files, 2015 R10

Recently updated my Quicken 2015 to R10 (24.1.10.4). Ever since then I am having difficulties opening my Quicken file using qwlaunch. When I click on my shortcut I now get an "Open Quicken File" window that I did not get previously. I select my Quicken file, click Open and get the Open Quicken File window again. Every once in a while I am able to get in by some combination of keep attempting the open the file, canceling and trying to open from the shortcut, or opening the file directly, closing it and then using qwlaunch . . . but it's not often.

Additional info: It appears that I am able to use qwlaunch when not connected to the internet. As soon as I connect to the internet, I run into the issue above.
