Last nuget package update was in 2020

The current nuget version of Onvif.Core is 2.2.2 and was published 09/06/2020.
There are a lot of good bug fixes since then.
Would it be possible to publish a new version?

Hi, author @wei-taoxu seems very busy these days, he ask me to help him to maintenance this repo.

So...may be we have to wait a little bit longer.
