This is because you have tml 64 bit installed, they can't coexist

@JavidPack Is TerraCustom 64-bit yet? If not, I may be able to get something working sometime soon and make a repository with the changes.

I'm just going to wait for 1.4, I don't want to deal with complicating things at this time.
