Stuck on Placing Altars

When creating a world, it gets stuck on "Placing Altars"
Is this process just very slow or is something broken?

Probably some incompatible mods or settings. For example, I've heard that calamity removes the Temple and adds it's own step, just an idea.

Don't have any mods. What I was trying to do was generate a world without Spider Caves & Jungles (cause I am an arachnophobe) and it wouldn't do it. I tried to disable the challenge options to remove those two and instead used the slider in Micro Biomes and turned it to zero on Spider Cave and it generated. Is there any way of getting the jungle out aswell?
