Remove misleading event at service startup

Hi,

Following #814 to make the events displayed to the users more relevant, I think we should prevent this orange banner (see below) that is almost always displayed when opening a service. It can mislead users into believing there is some sort of error with their service creation although it actually creates itself just as expected.
