启动延迟时间随文件大小增长而增长，楼主的example非常小是有几百KB，故感觉不出来，可以确定的是vlc发起的连接请求这边接收的非常及时，可以说是即时接收，但是要等个30s才能播放出画面（pc端，arm上更久），这期间程序在做什么事情？并且播放过程中容易出现画屏的现象
