Watson Design "Guide" vs "Library"? #416

Hi,

This may just be me, but I saw the old wildducks site as a “design library” (which is also how it was labeled on the page). The word "guide" to me doesn't suggest that it would also include reusable assets, though again, I may be biased here. I think Android and Amazon say "guidelines", and Facebook says "brand resources", so I don't know... personally, I do like "brand resources" best out of all these

The name came from IBM Design Core team. They want to maintain consistent naming structure across all teams. So Security will have the IBM Security Design Guide, for example.
