External link icon broken in the production docs

I originally opened this as an issue on Friday February 24 in Bluemix-doc-framework/issues/826, but it looks like this is the more appropriate place to create it.

The external link icon (icons/launch-glyph.svg ) shows up correctly for external links in the staging docs.
On Wednesday (February 22), the external link icon showed up correctly for external links in the production docs . However, the external link icons in the production docs now seem to be broken.
