Blockchain Tutorial needs additional setup steps.

A client reported having issues with completing the Setting up the development environment section of the following Blockchain tutorial:

I reviewed the steps and they are correct. However, the steps in the Bluemix Documentation appear to be incomplete since it requires some additional setup before hand. The client used the following complete steps instead:

I suggest we merge the rest of the setup steps into the Bluemix Blockchain tutorial.
