Monitor this closely to ensure that the past problems of "un-key-able" characters and "duplicated" records are minimized.
- "duplicates" elimination may be complicated since there are legitimate reason these may happen
This work should align well with the "DataDictioary" work that is needed for improved "InformationDensity".
