Filtering inside taxonomy filter by alias #1575

We are testing taxonomy with apiUrl, which is great feature for us as we have thousands of choices.

But when you use alias and value, filtering works only by alias, which confusing because user see value.

Confirmed same behaviour with and without apiUrl

version 1.9.0
