I try all the possibilities by following the installation tutorial and search everywhere at google, but ends up on this error:

Could not find package huasofoundries/phppgadmin6 with stability stable in a version installable usin
g your PHP version, PHP extensions and Composer version.
Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires PHP extension ext-pgsql * but it is missing from your system. Install or enable PHP's pgsql extension.
Problem 2
    - simpletest/simpletest is locked to version v1.2.0 and an update of this package was not requested.
    - simpletest/simpletest v1.2.0 requires php ^7.1 -> your php version (8.0.22) does not satisfy that requirement.

To enable extensions, verify that they are enabled in your .ini files:
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/php.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/10-mysqlnd.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/10-opcache.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/10-pdo.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/15-xml.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-bcmath.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-calendar.ini

    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-fileinfo.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-ftp.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-gd.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-gettext.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-iconv.ini

    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-xmlreader.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-xmlwriter.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-xsl.ini
    - /etc/php/8.0/cli/conf.d/20-zip.ini
You can also run `php --ini` in a terminal to see which files are used by PHP in CLI mode.
Alternatively, you can run Composer with `--ignore-platform-req=ext-pgsql` to temporarily ignore these required extensions.
Command "normalize" is not defined.
Script @composer normalize handling the post-autoload-dump event returned with error code 1

System info

  • Composer version 2.4.1 2022-08-20 11:44:50
  • PHP v8.0.22
