2023年9月22日说公司没钱了让转包到深圳的一家外包公司重新入职，丝毫不提补偿及拖欠的两个月工资奖金。

第二周周一由于都不同意，于是让我们当天签离职，并且欠的工资签协议不当天发放，没有具体的打款日期，没有N（据北京同事反应，北京的工资是足月发放的）

由于我们不同意，遂补充了N，之后签协议分批次打款，并在2023年12月前完结（据他们说股东都已同意，包括北京老板）。

国庆时打了欠的一个月的工资，之后再无打款，群里询问后开始打感情牌，PUA，我们选择再次相信，第二笔款又推迟了半个月。

然而半个月后并未打款，群里@也不回复，遂我们决定维权。

期间公司PUA另外两位同事成功，另他们放弃维权，只剩我和另外两位同事坚持维权，于是我们去武侯区政府进行劳动仲裁。

在调解室，其承认协议有效，但不能按时履行，并让我们等到2023年12月30日，由于未能谈拢，最终走到法院强制执行。
（截至2024年1月23日，也没见第二笔款，强制执行也没有结果，可能最后收不到了吧……）

On September 22, 2023, the company announced it had run out of funds and asked to transfer to an outsourcing company in Shenzhen for re-employment, without mentioning any compensation or the two months of outstanding salary and bonus.

In the second week, on Monday, as we all disagreed, they asked us to sign a resignation on the same day. The owed salary was not to be paid on that day, and the agreement did not specify a payment date. There was no 'N' (as reported by colleagues in Beijing, the salary there was paid in full monthly).

Since we disagreed, 'N' was added later. We signed an agreement for payments to be made in installments, to be completed by December 2023 (as agreed by the shareholders, including the boss in Beijing).

During the National Day holiday, they paid one month of the owed salary. After that, there were no further payments. When we asked in the group, they started playing emotional cards and using PUA tactics. We chose to trust them again, but the second payment was delayed by half a month.

However, after half a month, they did not make the payment, and did not reply to @ messages in the group, so we decided to take legal action.

In the meantime, the company successfully PUAed two other colleagues, convincing them to give up their legal rights, leaving only me and two other colleagues to persist. We went to the Wuhou District government for labor arbitration.

In the mediation room, they admitted the agreement was valid but could not be fulfilled on time, and asked us to wait until December 30, 2023. As we couldn't reach an agreement, we eventually proceeded to court for enforcement.
