奉劝各位不要被HRBP忽悠去了，承诺的年终奖1到2个月。最终发下来只有1两千。关键HRBP是个极度迷恋权力的人，且双商极低。而且一点小事能在那吼半天，各种脏话骂人。项目经理也是个奇葩，献祭底下人给自己背锅。项目推广不出去不找推广原因，直接开除一线程序员了事。开除想尽一切办法让你先签协议，不说赔偿，只给延长考勤记录。也是闻所未闻。延长考勤记录1周，也就是只给一周的赔偿。
