I was wondering if it's possible to make these huts appear in dimensions like the nether, the between lands, the end, or the twilight forest

Sorry, at the moment it is hardcoded for overworld as that is the most common case where people need to spread out. Other dimensions either generate portals relative to the overworld (nether) or have their own "spread-out" mechanic (end).
