Agricraft Farming station (Directional seed planting filter not working)

Trying to use Agricraft farming station to 10/10/10 magical crops seeds. I put in the filter to have different seeds in different directions, but it just randomly places the seeds on each of the 3x3 plots. When i just use it with 1 3x3 plot and 1 seed, it works great and gets me a 10/10/10 in 10-20 mins. but I cant do it for multiple 33 plots because it plants different types of seeds on the same 3x3. pics below.

Which are the other modules you have installed? I suspect one of them interfering with the seed selection.
