Is the niarD supposed to use power when it is not working? Because it continues to suck down 10 RF/s even when not working.
Noticed in Project Ozone 2 on Kappa mode.

It has an energy cost per tick and one for placing liquids, so yes. Howener, the "per tick" cost only applies if it's not disabled by its redstone mode and has at least some fluid in its tank.
