Changes since HeliBoard 1.3-beta1:

• update Serbian Cyrillic layout by @markokocic (Remove the letter Ѕ from the Serbian Cyrillic layout #704, Update Serbian Cyrillic layout #705)
• update Estonia layout by @tenextractor (Update Estonian layout #693)
• fix duplicate entries in clipboard history by @codokie (Pinned items in the clipboard are duplicated #616, fix duplicated pinned clipboard entries #680)
• only add text entries to clipboard history by @codokie (do not coerce non-text clipboard content #711)
• better images in metadata by @RHJihan (New fastlane images #713)
• properly set color of icons in toolbar selection dialog by @codokie (Toolbar key icons are always white in the "Select toolbar keys" setting #715, fix toolbar reorder dialog icons color #716)
• other fixes (Spellcheck doesn't start on reboot #684, Keyboard disappears when moving cursor in certain app #723 and more)
