There are a number of password managers online. How about one that you manage yourself and is easy to setup.
This implementation uses google app engine to get a one click setup of a password manager that is personal to you.
The passwords are encrypted in the front end and only the encrypted version of the password is sent via the wire.
You can just upload the application to google apps engine and try it out.
