上传文件失败，sm返回403 没有配置Authorization
最新的api文档Authorization是必要的
当前master 代码上传图片功能是不可用的

是的，SM图床需要注册了，一年多以前是不需要的。
我现在暂时没有找到免费且无需注册的图床，如果有可以推荐一下，或者你可以pr。
