files that don't belong to us show up in a list

Some of these files are consultants models that we receive for reference. BIM Managers would open them just to "save as", and that's when they get populated in our dropdown.

I need to think of a way to flag them as 3rd party models, that should be ignored. Perhaps we need another property on that file, and also a page for management of these assets.
