NIH guidance says:

"All NIH websites must have the required links and content for Federal websites. For HHS and NIH websites this includes HHS and NIH links in the website footer, as well as NIH tagline."

I think that if we add "About OITE" to the footer that we can remove it from the primary nav. What do you think? @igorkorenfeld

Space wise I think it would be nice, but I do have some concerns about folks who may not be familiar with OITE expecting to find an About page in the nav. It becomes more hidden when we move it to the footer

From May 5, 2021 - May 11, 2022 the about page received 4,521 pageviews. It's #71 of the 100 most-visited pages.

For reference:

• ZAP Full Scan Report #1 page for that time period was the summer internship program page with 222k pageviews.
• Specify HTML titles for every page #11 is the "forgot password" page with 27k pageviews.
