Hill Giant - Wild Shape form

Hi,

Please review the following issues:

1. Unable to equip any item after Wild Shaping to a form of Hill Giant (the message says can't do this while polymorphed).
   I get that this is expected for animal forms but hill giants are surely capable of wearing armor and using weapons. Just like Scorpp.
   Can be reproduced with Kella or any druid with Druid's Vestment.

2. Kella has Maul in her inventory that is definitely intended for hill giant form. But as a druid she doesn't have Martial Weapon Proficiency for this weapon.
   I think it makes sense either to make somehow that the Martial Weapon Proficiency feat is applied when you're in hill giant wild shape form or just add the feat to Kella.
