I cannot make some scopes work

Hi. I have a very weird issue. Some scopes like (19, 1) align the hours in wrong positions. This does not happen when doing (9, 3). I thought maybe this was my setup but I tried a completely stripped version with only the library and a html file and the example on the website does not work. The demo works however because it's with range (9, 3). Just wondering if anyone is having similar issues.
I had to revert to version 0.6.2 for my times to appear on the right places
