Feature Description

The Drupal 7 version of DKAN had a lot of documentation on setting up visualizations; However, I am not seeing any documentation for the Drupal 8+ versions.

It would be great to incorporate managing charts within DKAN in Drupal 8+.

Detailed Feature Description

Visualization options such as adding a chart like in the D7 version of DKAN:
https://dkan.readthedocs.io/en/7.x-1.x/admin/data_and_content/adding_new_content.html#visualizations

Problem and Motivation

One of the selling points of DKAN is the ability to visualize the data stored.
This feature was easily accessible in D7, but not in the D8+ versions.

Potential Benefits

This gives users of DKAN the ability to visualize their open data.

@byuen1 : You can take a look at #4147 - I have started something about chart visualization there. Still very early stage of development, but maybe at least a starting point to look at. I am committed to improving this in the next months, feedback would be appreciated.
