Things disappearing from SUnit browser (test methods and packages)

If I have any of the test classes selected in the Project Browser, the SUnit browser shows me none of these classes.

This is when things are normal:

Then when I select something in the Project Browser (I might have had to click on a different class in the SUnit Browser and back)

go back to the Project Browser and commit (using the icon),

and many but not all of the packages are no longer displayed...
