Copy and adapt most of it from the https://github.com/GalaChain/sdk from publish-on-tag.yml and test-on-push.yml files. Include also:

  1. Verify copyright: https://github.com/GalaChain/sdk/blob/main/verify_copyright.sh
  2. Integration test with running network, the same as in README
  3. Bump version process with creating a new PR on publish
