Many crates dealing with time and date support both chrono and time. It might be beneficial for consumers of schemars to have support for time in addition to chrono.

#207 addresses time::OffsetDateTime, which is great step forward

I think it would be great if this was indeed supported. Happy to fork and add the support for the time being, but I prefer time over chrono as do many others.
