At this point, decisions in virtual meetings are shown in https://gewis.nl/en/decision/search

For some decisions, such as those in which organ membership is decided in the history or future, this results in the same decision being shown twice. Ideally, each decision is only shown once.

Without too much thinking I can see three valid options:

• we completely hide all Virt meetings,
• we selectively hide Virt meetings by introducing a new optional "link" between a Virt and other meeting (in GEWISDB), then Virts without link are always shown and Virts with a link are hidden by default (maybe with like a dropdown on the actual meeting so you can still see the Virt), or
• we mask all Virt meetings with a "click to show more".

I would do this, but only for regular members. For board members (e.g., the secr) there may be legitimate reasons why you do want to be able to see things like this.

I think this option is the nicest solution since sometimes decisions are not hidden. However, this also requires the gewisdb team to implement such linking and requires some guidance for the users on whether certain decisions should be linked together.

Is indeed my preferred option as well, I have asked Arend if he can take a look at this (for GEWISDB, see GEWIS/gewisdb#418) since he already has some experience with the linking (minute decisions).
