A query if there should be a CODEOWNERS file in this repo. That way someone would be alerted for all PRs.

Also, @tclune and I are of the opinion that these should be teams rather than individuals. I could make a "Fluid Team" of whomever.

Hi Matt, a team of individuals that can approve PRs is probably good. Maybe we require at least two approvals for final acceptance. Many thanks for assisting with this new repo.
