The algorithm expects the L2 blocks to be recorded and reported by the committer in order. If we get a rollback then we will get redundant blocks and the old information will be incorrect.
We need to define what the Committer will report in such a situation and how the gas price service and algorithm will interpret that data.
I'm not sure at all what the current behavior is by the committer on roll-back. @MujkicA might have some input.
I'm okay if for now we just move on like nothing happened and let the company swallow the cost (of course with the business's approval). That still would require some definition of how we do accounting on that money.
