Hello,

There are many numbers you want to block because you choose not to be called, but you sometimes need to call one of these numbers (and here, you're the only decision maker) and here, there is a big problem : you need to identify the entrance into the list, modify it, give your call and modify again the list.

Why not simply warn of outgoing calls, which are therefore voluntary, rather than blocking them?
