FoodOn Robot spreadsheet Characteristic tab tasks

The characteristic tab in the enumerates all the food qualities that foodon will contain. This issue keeps track of development tasks for this tab.

• We will focus on finishing existing entries before adding new ones.
• While the sheet is about characteristics, the columns that list FDA and FoodEx2 term definitions may speak of processes or materials having characteristics, so these definitions are not directly applicable to our characteristic definitions.
• Some characteristics may have information baked into them, e.g. a subclass of "raw" called "previously frozen" would have the information that something was previously frozen.
