profiles don't embed

hello, this is very cool but uh, it doesn't embed twitter profiles.

this is very annoying for people who automatically replace x.com with fxtwitter.com.

the api endpoint for it exists at https://api.fxtwitter.com/x, but when sending a link to https://fxtwitter.com/x on discord, it doesn't have an embed.

i would make a pr and do it myself but i have no idea how to use typescript or what is happening in your code and im too lazy to learn so good luck 👍
