  • Currently, ODC processes only one request per partition. Including Shutdown request. This means that if ODC hangs in one of the requests, Shutdown will be queued and the partition stays active.

  • Introduce a force option for Shutdown. If it's set then don't check the lock and shut down the DDS session.
