PNC Aerial Interface and Programable Controllers need quests

The Programable Controller is the capstone evolution of drone technology and should have a quest in the Pneumatic Craft quest tab explaining how it works, and what it does. The programable controller requires modular drones in its recipe and should follow the programable drones as a prerequisite. Also, Modular Drones should require PCBs as a prerequisite (since they're in the crafting recipe) but they do not.

Likewise the Aerial Interface is the backbone of late-game PNC and functions as a method of transferring Pressure and Air wirelessly through dimensions. It absolutely requires a quest since all of PNC late game is built around utilizing this block. placing this quest next to the Charging Module, and an Advanced Air Canister quest would solidify their relationship.
