Since C-PAC what outputs you should expect depend on your configuration, there's no "always expect these outputs." If you get a "run complete" message at the end, that's a good sign that all your outputs are there.

1.8.4 has new expectedOutputs.yml and missingOutputs.yml logs (see "Check Your Outputs » C-PAC ≥ 1.8.0" in the nightly docs for a description of those).

Unfortunately, for 1.8.0 ‒ 1.8.3, we don't have any thorough docs for expected outputs. If you're looking for something specific and can't find it, we can help you out though 😃

Generate expectedOutputs.yml for all the preconfigs and add those to the docs

• All preconfigs have expected outputs listed on the website for at least one subject

This feature will be easier to automate once FCP-INDI/C-PAC#1680 is completed.

I believe the expected outputs can vary for the same config with different input data (e.g., input data has field maps or not)
