Include note in README indicating that Logon Failure Auditing is required #8

Users may not be aware that the Windows Server 2003 defaults do not include the right auditing settings to make this tool effective.

Just to let you know, this was definitely one of the issues I ran into on Windows 2003. Once I enabled logging, the script worked beautifully!

Here are some instructions on configuring the policy:
