@Equidamoid Please tag an initial release version of pyconz and also make PyPi release of pyconz.

An initial PyPi release version and then continues versions/releases will make it easier for Linux distributions like Raspbian and Hass.io to use this library.

Version tagging and PyPi release(s) is something that is already available for the zigpy library as well as similar radio libraries bellows and zigpy-xbee

Hi @Hedda

Sorry for delayed reaction, notification got lost somewhere.

I have some doubts about the current state of this lib. For me it feels a bit more like a prototype than a library ready to be used somewhere, therefore no releases on pypi yet.

I'll check the status in the coming days, maybe it is indeed worth it.

@Equidamoid That's cool, and regardless, you should know that they updated the PDF documentation:

https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-serial-protocol

https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin/issues/158

To get the new documentation you need to download the same file again as they didn't add versions.

You should also know that @damarco been working hard on his deCONZ version for Zigpy here:

https://github.com/zigpy/zigpy-deconz

There is also a new versions of Zigpy now called "zigpy-homeassistant" on PyPi

https://pypi.org/project/zigpy-homeassistant/

So you need to change your PyPi reference from "zigpy" to "zigpy-homeassistant"
